The SubFrame is a two-window mask built around an internal frame moulded beneath the surface of the silicone skirt. That subframe gives the mask its strength without a bulky external plastic frame. Atomic Aquatics backs it with a lifetime warranty against frame breakage.

Main features

• Internal subframe moulded into the silicone skirt (US Patent 7,181,778).
• Stainless steel retainer that locks the lenses in place and strengthens the nose bridge.
• UltraClear optical glass lens: ordinary mask glass has a green tint from iron impurities that distorts colour and blocks light. UltraClear has no tint, for truer colours and more light, which matters most in low light.
• Wide field of view.
• Buckles attached to the skirt on flexible tabs, for easy adjustment.
• Two fits: Standard Fit, and Medium Fit for narrower faces.

Corrective lenses

Atomic Aquatics offers optional precision ground corrective lenses for the SubFrame, from -1.0 to -8.0 dioptres in 0.5 steps. They are sold separately and must be factory assembled. Ask us for details.

1 year warranty from Atomic Aquatics, with a limited lifetime warranty against frame breakage.
