The M1 is Atomic Aquatics' regulator for demanding conditions: cold water, deep dives, rough water and enriched air. Monel internal parts in the first stage give high strength, corrosion resistance and oxygen compatibility. It is aimed at recreational divers extending their range and at technical and specialty divers.

Main features

• Chrome-plated brass first stage body with Monel key internal components and Atomic's balanced Jet Seat high-flow piston.
• Factory sealed first stage: freeze protected and closed to silt and sand.
• Second stage built for cold water, with a thermal heat sink and a super-dry exhaust valve.
• Surge-protected front cover for high current.
• Super-wide exhaust deflector that spreads bubbles away from the field of view.
• Automatic Flow Control (AFC) adjusts the venturi effect as depth changes, so there is nothing to set during the dive. A Rapid Adjustment Knob is there for special situations such as surf entries or octopus use.
• Patented stainless steel Seat Saving Dynamic Orifice protects the seat in storage and helps the second stage keep its factory tuning.
• Second stage components of precision-machined brass with zirconium plating, and titanium.
• Dual silicone comfort fit mouthpiece with tear-resistant bite tabs.
• Optional M1 colour kit (sold separately).

Technical specifications

• Weight: 2.6 pounds for first and second stage together (yoke version)

• Gas: factory ready for nitrox to 50%, or oxygen mixes to 80% when special guidelines are followed
• Materials: chrome-plated brass and Monel first stage; zirconium-plated brass, 316 stainless steel and titanium second stage
