The Fourth Element Thermocline Vest is a women's sleeveless layer designed to be worn under a wetsuit. Fourth Element says it adds core warmth equivalent to an extra 2mm of neoprene while staying neutrally buoyant and leaving the arms free to move. On its own, or with Thermocline shorts, it gives core protection for summer paddling.
