The Photon Air is Oceanic's travel back-inflation BCD, in the men's cut. It is light and packable, its mesh harness drains and dries quickly, and its modular frame takes Photon accessories, weight systems and colour kits as your diving changes.
Main features
- Back-inflation wing with low bulk: a streamlined profile in the water, help with horizontal trim, and easier packing.
- Quick-dry harness: 3D mesh shoulders, back pad and hip pads that drain and let air through so the BCD dries faster between dives.
- Independent harness positioning to fine-tune the fit at the shoulders, hips and back.
- Ergonomic harness and waist belt with contoured shoulder straps and lumbar support.
- Travel weight system: quick-release weight pockets plus trim-weight pouches, to fine-tune buoyancy while keeping pack weight down.
- Modular Photon frame: shoulders, weight pockets and other components detach and adjust, and Photon accessories such as the Dive Housing Holster, Utility Pocket, TankTamer band and colour kits can be added (sold separately).
- High-strength 420D nylon with high UV and abrasion resistance; moulded nylon D-rings and a moulded backplate.
- Compact, low-profile inflator with simple controls, made to be replaced when service is needed.
- Shared, interchangeable components across the Photon range for easier and lower-cost service.
