Fourth Element Thermocline Leggings are men's neoprene-free leggings designed for diving in tropical temperatures with a Thermocline long or short sleeve top. A high waistband keeps them from riding down during a dive. With a Thermocline top they make a lightweight, breathable alternative to a neoprene wetsuit, and they also suit other water sports.
