The SubFrame Arc is the SubFrame two-window mask with Atomic's ARC anti-reflective coating on its UltraClear lenses. Atomic Aquatics states that ARC lets 98% of available light through, where standard green float glass loses more than 14%.

Main features

• ARC anti-reflective coating: a multi-layer metal oxide coating applied to both sides of the lenses to cut reflected light.
• Internal subframe moulded into the silicone skirt (US Patent 7,181,778).
• Stainless steel retainer that locks the lenses in place and strengthens the nose bridge.
• UltraClear optical glass lens: ordinary mask glass has a green tint from iron impurities that distorts colour and blocks light. UltraClear has no tint, for truer colours and more light, which matters most in low light.
• Wide field of view.

Warranty

1 year warranty from Atomic Aquatics, with a limited lifetime warranty against frame breakage.
