Schedule: 5 shifts/week, 5–8 hours/shift

About the Role
We’re seeking a certified diver (Divemaster or Instructor preferred) who thrives on customer interaction and marketing support. You’ll help divers choose gear, enroll in courses, and engage with our community both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
- Greet and assist customers with gear, courses, and travel advice.
- Guide equipment selection based on experience and diving goals.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and social media inquiries.
- Create a welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere for all divers.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Produce and share social media content; engage with followers.
- Assist with promotions, events, and in-store marketing displays.
- Encourage participation in courses, trips, and special events.
Dive Community & Events
- Foster relationships to grow our dive community.
- Help plan and promote info sessions, treasure dives, and pop-ups.
- Serve as a Scuba 2000 ambassador, online and in person.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified diver (Divemaster or Instructor preferred).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic.
- Social media savvy is a plus.
