The BC2 is Atomic Aquatics' back inflation BCD. It is built from a double-laminated, polyurethane-coated fabric that sheds water and resists abrasion, tears and punctures, with corrosion-resistant metal hardware throughout.
Main features
- Matte double-laminated fabric that sheds water, so the BC is close to dry seconds after surfacing. It also resists UV, stains, chemicals, mould and mildew, and Atomic states it holds nearly double the pressure of standard BC materials.
- Patented EZ-LOK weight release system: two zippered pouches slide into pockets under the arms and lock with a snap. A one-handed pull on the handle releases them.
- Ratcheting CAM-LOK tank band that adjusts to a wide range of tank sizes in seconds, with no webbing to weave through a buckle. The one-piece band is polyurethane coated so it does not slip, stretch or absorb water.
- Quilted backpad and adjustable lumbar pad, with the carrying handle concealed behind the backpad.
- Sand-resistant, self-sealing pocket zippers.
- 316 stainless steel D-rings with titanium PVD coating.
- Low-profile trim weight pockets.
- Non-skid moulded tank pad with CNC-machined stainless steel hardware.
- Low-friction stainless steel exhaust pull dumps in two locations.

Inflator sold separately
The BC2 is supplied without an inflator assembly. Atomic Aquatics offers the SS1 safe second inflator and the Ai power inflator for it, both sold separately.
Warranty
Atomic Aquatics warrants the BC2 against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years.
